Nervy Thief Takes
Mare, Drives Away
Black Beauty, a mare, Thursday was stolen from a barn in the rear
of the residence of Mrs. Ida Martin at 2702 Thirteenth avenue south.
The thief was a nervy individual. He harnessed the animal, hitched
her up to the family phaeton and drove away and now the police are
on the trail.
